Eligibility

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and contamination reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours at support@apexchemlabs.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Request a Return

Email support@apexchemlabs.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
