What purity level are your compounds?
Every Apex compound is independently verified at 99% or higher purity using HPLC and mass spectrometry. We publish the full Certificate of Analysis for every batch, freely downloadable from our Lab Results page.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?
A CoA is a third-party laboratory document confirming the identity, purity, and potency of a compound. Our CoAs include the chromatogram, mass spectrum, peak areas, and the analyst’s signature. They are scientific records, not marketing.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2pm CT ship the same business day. Domestic delivery is typically 1-3 business days. Shipment protection is included free on every order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Apex Research only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding international availability.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product. If a vial arrives damaged or fails to match its CoA, we will replace it or refund you in full. Read our complete refund policy for details.
How are these compounds intended for use?
All Apex products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, in vitro diagnostic use, or as drug, food, or cosmetic. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher.
How should research compounds be stored?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated (2-8°C).

How do I verify the authenticity of a CoA?
Every CoA includes the analyst signature, lab name, and batch ID. You can independently contact the analytical lab listed on the document to verify authenticity.
