All products sold by Apex Research are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and are not for human or animal consumption. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher.
damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at CS@apexpeplab.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Lost Shipments
Lost shipments are covered under our free shipment protection. Contact us if your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the ship date.
